Common use of Behaviour Clause in Contracts

Behaviour. Residents must agree to abide by the code of behaviour. Acceptable behaviour includes not interfering with another person’s living conditions or personal security. Unacceptable behaviour will be dealt with by management. Repeated offences could constitute grounds for early termination of your lease agreement, however you will still be held responsible for rent until the unit is re-let.
