Benefit Plan Administration. See also CLA Article 25. 14 The administration of the employee benefit plans is the responsibility of the County. The 15 County is committed to helping employees understand the benefits to which they are entitled 16 eliminating red tape where possible, and ensuring efficient administration by the parties with which it 17 contracts.
