Benefits Accrued and Leave Return. No benefits will accrue to a teacher during a leave of absence except as otherwise stated herein. A teacher on leave of absence may return, upon the expiration of the Bargaining Unit Member's leave, to the first available position that the Bargaining Unit Member is qualified to teach.
