BENEFITS AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE. Designated positions shall receive the following statutory benefits as set forth in Article 9 of the CSEA Bargaining Unit Agreement titled “Leaves and Absences From Duty Provisions,” with the exception of Vacation and Holidays, the value of which is included in the hourly rate of pay.
