Common use of Benefits During Participation in the Plan Clause in Contracts

Benefits During Participation in the Plan. (i) The Board will pay 100% of its share of the teacher’s employee benefit costs in the non-leave years of the plan. (ii) Teachers will pay 100% of the employee benefit costs during the year of leave. (iii) Employee benefits will be maintained by the Board during the leave of absence; however, such benefits shall be paid by the teacher through payroll deduction during the year of the leave.
