Benefits Entitlements During Maternity/Parental Leave. Employees who are eligible for maternity and/or parental leave as defined above, shall: (a) continue to accumulate service for the duration of the leave; (b) retain their enrollment in the following Benefit Plans provided the employees make necessary arrangements to pay their share of the premium costs, where applicable: i. Extended Health Care ii. Dental Insurance
