In this instance, the following words have the meanings indicated below: • “Behavioral health counseling services” means prevention, intervention and treatment services for the social- emotional, psychological, behavioral and physically health of students, including mental health and substance- related and addictive disorders. • “Health care provider” has the meaning stated in §20-104 of the Health – General Article. The Mental Health/Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders Designee provides administrative services for all levels of care.
