Benefits in Lieu - Part time and Casual Part-time, casual, and temporary employees shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or in part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call-back pay, reporting pay, shift premium, weekend premium, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay and pregnancy and parental supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.

  • Exempt Employees (1) Except as may otherwise be provided by specific terms of this Agreement, C.G.S. Section 5-245(b)(1) shall be deemed to exempt from overtime payment all employees being paid above Salary Grade 24, and those unclassified positions which on June 30, 1977 were deemed exempt positions.   • Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 INREV agrees to grant the Sponsor the above chosen and described sponsorship benefits.

  • Student Employees A student employee is an employee who is hired for short-term work which is not ongoing.   • Retirees The Parties and the Crown agree to meet for the purpose of transitioning retirees currently in board-run benefits plans into a segregated plan administered by the OECTA ELHT via an amendment to the Trust Agreement, based on the following:

  • FAMILY MEMBERSHIP Credit Union members in good standing and whose status is currently within the Credit Union's common bond (as outlined therein) may sponsor immediate family members and possibly other members of Your household for Credit Union membership. Eligible family members may include for instance: father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather and spouse (which may include anyone living in Your residence that You maintain a single economic unit with). Any funds on deposit may be utilized to satisfy any debt or garnishment of any Owner of the Account. It is the responsibility of joint account Owners to determine any legal effects of opening and maintaining a joint account.

  • Dependent Child If dependent children are covered under separate plans of more than one person, whether a parent or guardian, benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • the benefits of the plan covering the parent born earlier in the year will be determined before those of the parent whose birthday (month and day only) falls later in the year; • if both parents have the same birthday, the benefits of the plan that covered the parent longer are determined before those of the plan which covered the other parent for a shorter period of time; • if the other plan does not determine benefits according to the parents' birth dates, but by parents' gender instead, the other plan’s gender rule will determine the order of benefits.
