Benefits Not in Lieu of Compensation. No employee benefit or perquisite provided to the Employee, under this Agreement or otherwise, shall be deemed to be in lieu of Base Salary, bonus, or other compensation that is otherwise payable under this Agreement, provided that the reporting of any benefits shall be consistent with IRS regulations.
