Benefits While on Pregnancy, and Parental Leaves. The University will continue coverage for all benefits in which the Employee is enrolled immediately prior to the leave, subject to Article 23, provided the Employee pays the normal share of Employee contributions and/or premiums in advance by post-dated cheque(s).
