Common use of BERKELEY EQUAL BENEFITS ORDINANCE Clause in Contracts

BERKELEY EQUAL BENEFITS ORDINANCE. 28.1 Consultant xxxxxx agrees to comply with the provisions of the Berkeley Equal Benefits Ordinance, B.M.C. Chapter 13.29. If Consultant is currently subject to the Berkeley Equal Benefits Ordinance, as indicated by the Equal Benefits Certification form, attached hereto, Consultant will be required to provide all eligible employees with City mandated equal benefits, as defined in B.M.C. Chapter 13.29, during the term of this contract, as well as comply with the terms enumerated herein.
