Best Management Practices. SUBLESSEE shall implement applicable Best Management Practices for all activities conducted under this sublease in compliance with paragraph 18-2.018(2)(h), Florida Administrative Code, which have been selected, developed, or approved by SUBLESSOR, SUBLESSEE or other land managing agencies for the protection and enhancement of the subleased premises.
