Beta Products. In the event that there is any functionality labelled “Beta” on the Xxxxxx Order Form, such functionality is provided “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW BY INVOICE CLOUD AND ITS LICENSORS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS.
