Bid Facility Electricity Delivery Requirements. Section 3.01. Bid Facilities in the NYCA. The electricity associated with the Tier-1 Renewable Energy Certificates for Bid Facilities located within the New York Control Area must either be (1) delivered into a market administered by the NYISO for end-use in New York State, (2) delivered through a wholesale meter under the control of a utility, public authority or municipal electric company such that it can be measured, and such that consumption within New York State can be tracked and verified by such entity or by the NYISO; or (3) delivered through a Dedicated Generation Meter, in accordance with Section 2.10.
