BID SUBMISSION. The Technical Bid and Financial Bid shall be filled, signed and shall be placed in separate envelopes, which shall bear the Bid Invitation Number and specify whether, Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Then, both the sealed envelopes shall be placed in a single bigger envelope, sealed and shall bear the Bid Invitation Number. Both inner and outer envelopes shall bear the Bidder’s name and address.
