Extra Trips Selection Process. The Extra Trip Selection process shall begin at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday of each week when there are extra trips posted. The Transportation Supervisor or his/her designee shall supervise this process. Any extra trip not selected by the end of the trip selection process on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. will be placed on the Unscheduled/Emergency trip list in 21.10.
