Bilingual Premium Pay Program. The City and the Association jointly encourage employees to use their language skills to provide the highest level of service to the community. The bilingual certification program consists of a City administered examination process whereby employees may apply for bilingual examination and if certified by the examiner, receive bilingual premium pay for interpreting and translating. * * * a.
