Common use of Billing and Payment Records Clause in Contracts

Billing and Payment Records. To facilitate payment and verification, AER and CL&P shall keep all books and records necessary for billing and payments (as well as verification of the same) and grant the other Party reasonable access to those records during regular business hours and with reasonable notice. Each Party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with any review or audit of such records for a period of two (2) years following termination or expiration of the Agreement.
