Billing Participants. A Participant shall be billed only for co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance and non-Covered Services, as appropriate, in accordance with such Participant’s Benefit Program(s). Co-insurance shall be calculated based upon Contract Rate. Participants shall not be billed for more than the difference between the Contract Rate and the sum of the amounts paid by the Customer(s) and any other payors. Network Provider shall not balance xxxx or attempt to collect compensation from Participants in connection with Covered Services, except as shall be permitted by law and by the Customer.
