BILLING POLICIES AND PAYMENTS FOR THE VOIP SERVICES a. Billing and payment. You agree to pay all amounts billed for the VoIP Services and to pay all taxes, fees and other charges, if any, which are now or may in the future be assessed on the VoIP Services you receive from us, including to recover amounts that we may be required by governmental or quasi-governmental authorities to collect from or to pay to others in support of statutory or regulatory programs such as universal service fees, 911/E911 surcharges, telecommunications relay service surcharges, franchise fees, right-of-way fees, and the like. Consult SBMCTV’s price lists at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for additional details. We will xxxx you each month, in advance, for the recurring fees for VoIP Services used by you or anyone who uses your SBMCTV Equipment, whether with or without your permission, until you cancel the VoIP Services. Fees incurred for per-call and measured usage will appear on subsequent bills. The bills you receive will show the total amount due, the payment due date, payments, credits, purchases and other charges to your account. In the event of early cancellation of a Term Agreement, you will be required to pay 100% of the monthly recurring fees for each month remaining in the Term Agreement.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Certification Regarding Entire TIPS Agreement for Part 1 and Part 2 Contracts 5 This is a two part solicitation. Part 1 is solicited for TIPS sales that are not considered a "public work" construction project. Part 1 permits the sale of goods and non-construction/non-"public work" services such as maintenance and minor repairs. Part 2 Job Order Contract (JOC) is solicited for projects considered by your TIPS Member Customers to be a "public work" construction project. The determination of whether or not a TIPS sale amounts to a "public work" construction project requiring a Part 2 JOC contract is made by the TIPS Member Customer at the time of each TIPS sale. Thus, Vendors are encouraged to respond to both Parts 1 and 2 in case your TIPS Member Customers require that a sale be made under one Part or the other. However, responding to both Parts is not required. If Vendor responds and is awarded to both Parts, Vendor will have one contract for Part 1 and a separate contract for Part 2.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the applicable Interconnected Transmission Owner.
