Bills. 8.2.1 Mainstream billing is paperless. We will send you an e-mail shortly after we provide the Service advising your bill can be viewed online at the website we specify (if you have registered with us for online billing). We will send you a further e-mail approximately every month advising the latest bill can be viewed online, but we may send you a bill at any time including any charges for the Service and Calls in arrears. We will send the billing notification to the valid e-mail address provided. 8.2.2 Should you require Mainstream to send a full detail paper bill there will be an additional charge per invoice.
