Paying your xxxx. 16.1 You must pay the amount shown on each xxxx by the due date. If you have disputed a xxxx with us, you must pay the undisputed portion of the xxxx.
16.2 Where permitted by applicable laws, you may also be charged merchant fees for credit card usage or other banking fees incurred by us (for example, dishonored transaction fees).
16.3 We may also charge for the reasonable cost of collecting payments that are overdue, including merchant transaction fees, any dishonoured payment fees and any credit collection costs including those incurred by referring unpaid amounts to a credit agency or to legal proceedings.

14.2 We may seek to recover costs from you if we become aware of any billing errors or undercharging on your account. We will notify you of any such recovery.

(a) You must pay to us the amount shown on each xxxx by the date for payment (the pay-by date) on the xxxx. The pay-by date will be no earlier than 13 Business Days from the date on which we issue your xxxx.
(b) If:
(i) we incur merchant service fees due to the payment method you use; or
(ii) due to fault on your part, payments you make to us are dishonoured, then you must pay the merchant service fees we incur or the costs imposed on us due to your dishonoured payment. However, we will only charge you merchant service fees or dishonoured payment fees if these fees are set out in the Contract Schedule.
Paying your xxxx. 7.1. You must pay the ENO the total amount payable for each xxxx by the due date specified in that xxxx. The due date will be 14 business days from the date of issue. There are multiple different methods of payment including Direct Debit, Telephone using your credit card, internet through Strata Pay secure website, on-line using BPay, Mail by forwarding Cheque made payable to Strata Pay, In Person at any Australia Post Office and Internet Banking including EFT from your Bank Account in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you choose to use a credit card you will be charged the transaction fee as applied by the merchant at the point of transaction which will automatically be added to your invoice. These payment methods may change from time to time.
