BINDING EFFECT AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This License Agreement will not be binding upon the parties until approved and signed by the City Film Liaison. Once this License Agreement is made, the c ovenants, terms an d conditions of this L icense Agreement will be binding upon and inure to t he benefit of the p arties, their successors, assigns, subtenants and subleases. The effective date of this License Agreement is the date on which this Lic ense Agreement is approved by the Director of the Department whose property is being utilized as the Location.
BINDING EFFECT AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute but one and the same instrument; signature pages may be detached from multiple separate counterparts and attached to a single counterpart so that all signature pages are physically attached to the same document. This Agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligations of each signatory hereto as such Agreement is executed by such signatory and such obligations shall survive the assignment of such obligations and be binding on each assignee with respect to such signatory's obligations hereunder. The Effective Date shall occur when the conditions precedent set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement have been satisfied in full with respect to any provision of this Agreement (the "Effective Date").
BINDING EFFECT AND EFFECTIVE DATE. This Amendment shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. This Amendment shall be effective on the last date of its execution by one of the parties as set forth below.

This Agreement is binding on Subscriber’s successors and if the Subscriber Application has been accepted by MSTS, will be effective on the date on which Subscriber executes the Subscriber Application.
