Binding Lease. All provisions of this Lease are and will be binding on the heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns of Landlord and Tenant.
Binding Lease. The provisions of this Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and the respective heirs, successors, and any permitted assigns of each.
Binding Lease. This Lease shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective representatives, successors and permitted assigns.

Binding Lease. If Tenant executes this Lease as a partnership, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of the partnership represents and warrants that he or she is a general partner of the partnership and that this Lease is binding upon the partnership in accordance with its terms. If Tenant executes this Lease as a corporation or a limited liability company, each of the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant covenants and warrants that Tenant is a duly authorized and existing corporation or limited liability company, that Tenant has and is qualified to transact business in Arizona, that the corporation or limited liability company has full right, authority and power to enter into this Lease and to perform its obligations hereunder, that each person signing this Lease on behalf of the corporation or limited liability company is authorized to do so and that this Lease is binding upon the corporation or limited liability company in accordance with its terms.
Binding Lease. This Lease and the Operative Documents to which Lessor will become a party pursuant hereto are and/or will constitute the valid and legally binding obligations of Lessor and are and will be enforceable against Lessor in accordance with the respective terms hereof or thereof except as such enforcement may be limited by laws affecting enforcement of creditors rights generally and general equitable principles regardless of whether such enforceability is considered in a proceeding at law or in equity.
Binding Lease. This Lease and each of the Operative Documents and certificates provided by Lessee or its officers are and will constitute the valid and legally binding obligations of Lessee and are and will be enforceable against Lessee in accordance with the respective terms hereof and thereof except as such enforcement may be limited by laws affecting enforcement of creditors rights generally and general equitable principles regardless of whether such enforceability is considered in a proceeding at law or in equity.
Binding Lease. This document shall become effective and binding only upon the execution and delivery of this Lease by both Landlord and Tenant.
Binding Lease. The terms of this Lease shall be binding on both OWNER and TENANT and upon their respective successors and assigns.
