Common use of Blanket Policies Clause in Contracts

Blanket Policies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 16, Tenant's obligation to carry insurance may be satisfied by coverage under a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance; provided, however, that the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished and the requirements set forth in this Lease are otherwise satisfied by such blanket policy or policies.
