Common use of Blanket Policy Clause in Contracts

Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article, Tenant's obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant so long as (a) the coverage afforded to Landlord is not reduced or diminished or otherwise altered from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance and (b) the requirements of this Article are otherwise satisfied.

Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this ArticleArticle 13, Tenant's obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant so long as (a) Tenant; provided, however, that the coverage afforded to Landlord is will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise altered be materially different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease hereof by reason of the use of such the blanket policy of insurance policy, and (b) provided further that the requirements of this Article 13 are otherwise satisfied, and provided further that Tenant maintain specific allocations acceptable to Landlord.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in within this ArticleSection 10, Tenant's ’s obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein required may be brought within the coverage of provided through a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant so long Tenant; provided, however, that (1) Landlord and others hereinabove mentioned shall be named as an additional insured thereunder as their interests may appear, (a2) the coverage afforded to Landlord is will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise altered from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance insurance, and (b3) the requirements of this Article set forth herein are otherwise satisfied.
