Common use of Blanket Policy Clause in Contracts

Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article XII, Manager may include the insurance required hereunder within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Manager; provided, however, that the coverage afforded to the parties as required herein will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Agreement by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this Article XII are otherwise satisfied.
