BLC's Representations. BLC represents to both Lessee and Lessor, that BLC is familiar with the Premises and with the improvements previously placed thereon by Lessor, Lessee and/or others; and BLC, shall accept the Premises in its "As-Is, Where-Is" condition as of the Turnover Date.
