Common use of Blood Pressure Clause in Contracts

Blood Pressure. Confirmation score based on minimum two readings (if elevated). Optimal (less than 120/80mmHg): Two (2) hours comp time OR Pre-hypertensive (Systolic 121-139 and/or Diastolic 81-89mmHg: One (1) hour comp time (Note: the Wellness Coordinator shall have the discretion to award the full two hours to an employee who has demonstrated significant improvement in blood pressure based on participation in an improvement plan in consultation with the Wellness Coordinator).
