Common use of Board Compensation Clause in Contracts

Board Compensation. The Executive shall be entitled to receive any fees or additional payments for serving as a member of the Board or as a member of any board of directors (or the equivalent thereof) of any subsidiary of the Company to the extent provided to other directors of the Company or applicable subsidiary; provided, however, that the Executive shall not be entitled to fees for serving on any committee or subcommittee of the Board or board of directors (or the equivalent thereof) of any subsidiary.
