Board Meetings - Notification. a. The president of the CTC and/or the president’s designee shall be provided with a written notice of all regular meetings of the Board, together with a copy of the agenda and a copy of the minutes from the previous board meeting(s) to be approved, and complete Board packet for all open session items (i.e., excluding closed session or other confidential items) at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting. The president of CTC shall also receive a copy of any video recording (with audio) of Board of Education meetings within seven (7) business days of such meeting. b. The District shall provide a minimum of five (5) school days notice to the CTC President or designee if it intends to requests a CTC Representative to speak at a Board meeting.
