Board Member Ineligibility. A member of the Authority Board of Directors or Board of Review is ineligible to apply for employment during term of office and within one year thereafter. No immediate family member (as per Section 2 (definitions) # h)) of a board member shall be eligible for hire while that board member is serving on such Board.
