Membership Eligibility definition

Membership Eligibility. The Credit Union serves in its field of membership those applicants within the Keys Federal Credit Union’s common bond as defined in its Charter. Keys Federal Credit Union is a Federally Chartered Credit Union. Once you join you can stay with Keys Federal Credit Union even if you relocate - “once a member, always a member”. Speak with one of our service representatives to determine if you are eligible to join. Only members in good standing may receive the benefits and services of the Credit Union.
Membership Eligibility. [Athletic Club Members Only (Join or Rejoin or Add-On Date on or After 9/1/2024)]. This Membership must have a Primary Member who is at least 18 years old. This Membership may also have one additional adult member (“Additional Adult Member”), an unlimited number of child members (“Child Member(s)”), an unlimited number of junior members (“Junior Member(s)”), and up to two nanny members (“Nanny Member(s)”), all subject to paying the applicable fees and dues. The Additional Adult Member must reside in the same household as you. Each Child Member must be at least 6 weeks and no more than 12 years old, each Junior Member must be between 13 and 22 years old, and you or the Additional Adult Member must be the parent or legal guardian of each Child Member and Junior Member. The Nanny Member(s) must be at least 18 years old and employed (remunerated or not) by you and/or the Additional Adult Member to care for at least one Child Member or Junior Member that is 16 years old or younger, as applicable. The foregoing requirements must be met during the entire term of this Membership. The rights of the Additional Adult Member and any Child Members, Junior Members, or Nanny Members are conditioned upon your compliance with the terms of this Membership. You are responsible for the financial obligations, behavior and compliance of the Members.]

FireMed household membership includes all persons who are permanent residents of the same single-family occupancy, non-commercial residence, within the LFD ambulance service area, living together as part of a family unit, including domestic partners, but not to include mere roomers or boarders. Membership benefits include a spouse or dependent living in substitute care (e.g. nursing homes). Others not included in this definition are required to obtain their own separate membership. They will become effective the following business day.

The Program membership may include all persons who are (a) permanent residents of the same non-commercial, single-family residence that is located within the District's ambulance service area, (b) are living together as part of a family unit, including domestic partners, but not including roomers or boarders. The first person listed on the application form is the "Primary Member." An eligible individual who joins a household after the membership goes into effect can be included in the membership up to 5 business days from the date the individual joins the household.
