Board of Education & Glenbard Education Agreement. The Board of Education and Glenbard Education Association undertake and agree that each will not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any teacher in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by the Laws of Illinois or the Constitutions of Illinois and the United States. The Board of Education undertakes and agrees that it will continue not to discriminate against any teacher with respect to salaries, economic fringe benefits, grievance adjustment, included in this Agreement, by reason of his/her membership in the Glenbard Education Association.
