Contractor represents that it is familiar with, and shall use its best efforts to comply with, the following policies of the Board of Supervisors: Board Policy B-67, which encourages the County’s contractors to use products made with recycled materials, reusable products, and products designed to be recycled; and Board Policies B-53 and B-39a, which encourage the participation of small and disabled veterans’ business enterprises in County procurements.
