Common use of Board of Supervisors’ Policies Clause in Contracts

Board of Supervisors’ Policies. Contractor represents that it is familiar with, and shall use its best efforts to comply with, the following policies of the Board of Supervisors: Board Policy B-67, which encourages the County’s contractors to use products made with recycled materials, reusable products, and products designed to be recycled; and Board Policies B-53 and B-39a, which encourage the participation of small and disabled veterans’ business enterprises in County procurements. Board of Supervisors Policies are available on the County of San Diego web site.
