Board of Supervisors’ Policies. Contractor represents that it is familiar, and shall use its best efforts to comply, with the following policies of the Board of Supervisors, available on the County of San Diego website: 8.12.1 Board Policy B-67, which encourages the County’s Contractors to offer products made with recycled materials, reusable products, and products designed to be recycled to the County in response to the County’s requirements; and 8.12.2 Board Policies B-53 and B-39a, which encourage the participation of small and disabled veterans’ business enterprises in County procurements; and
