The School Corporation shall maintain copies of all minutes of meetings of the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation, including any actions of the Board of Trustees taken by unanimous written consent in lieu of a meeting, certified by an officer of the School Corporation or a member of the Board of Trustees as to their completeness and accuracy. The School Corporation shall provide such documents to DC PCSB pursuant to the compliance reporting requirements no later than the end of the next fiscal year quarter after the occurrence of the School Board’s meeting.
