BOARD POLICIES AND RULES. Grievances concerning application of Board policy and rules not specifically covered by this Agreement shall be subject to the grievance procedure; however, if the District and grievant are unable to reach agreement in Step 2, the decision may be appealed to the Board and shall be heard by the Board or a committee of the Board. Under such circumstance the decision of the Board shall be final.
