Board Recognized TSAs. The Board agrees to approve up to ten (10) TSA programs, but a minimum of ten (10) employees must participate in order to continue the program. If at any time a TSA program ceases to have ten (10) members, remaining employees will be given sixty (60) days notice to transfer their contributions into a Board recognized TSA program. The District will maintain all preexisting TSAs added as a result of the merging of the District until such time as membership in the preexisting TSA falls below ten (10) employees.
