BOARD RIGHTS. The Board, on behalf of the electors of Community College District 512, retains and reserves the ultimate responsibilities for the proper management of the college district conferred upon and vested in it by the Statutes and Constitution of the State of Illinois and the United States. Nothing herein shall be construed to deny or restrict the Board of its rights, responsibilities and authority under the Illinois Public Community College Act, the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act, or any other national, state, county or local law or regulation applicable to an Illinois Community College.
