Common use of Boeing Global Health Plan Clause in Contracts

Boeing Global Health Plan. Employees on foreign assignment of 180 days or longer will have access to the Boeing sponsored Global Health Plan, subject to the terms of the Global Health Plan. The design of this plan will match the plan applicable to Boeing non-bargaining-unit employees on foreign assignment. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally alter, amend, and/or modify any or all terms of the Global Health Plan at its sole discretion on an enterprise wide or regional basis without further bargaining.
