Bonds Mutilated, Lost, Destroyed or Stolen. If any Bond shall become mutilated, the Issuer, at the expense of the Holder of said Xxxx, shall execute, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver, a new Bond of like subseries, maturity, Mode, Interest Period, and interest rate in exchange and substitution for the Bond so mutilated, but only upon surrender to the Trustee of the Bond so mutilated. Every mutilated Bond so surrendered to the Trustee shall be cancelled by it and delivered to, or upon the order of, the Issuer. If any Bond shall be lost, destroyed or stolen, evidence of such loss, destruction or theft may be submitted to the Trustee and, if such evidence be satisfactory to the Trustee and indemnity satisfactory to the Trustee to hold the Issuer and the Trustee harmless shall be given, the Issuer, at the expense of the Holder of such Bond, shall execute, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver, a new Bond of like maturity, Mode, Interest Period, and interest rate in lieu of and in substitution for the Bond so lost, destroyed or stolen (or if any such Bond shall have matured or shall be about to mature, instead of issuing a substitute Bond, the Trustee may pay the same without surrender thereof). The Issuer may require payment by the Holder of a sum not exceeding the actual cost of preparing each new Bond issued under this Section and of the expenses that may be incurred by the Issuer and the Trustee in the premises. Any Bond issued under the provisions of this Section in lieu of any Bond alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen shall constitute an original additional contractual obligation on the part of the Issuer whether or not the Bond so alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen be at any time enforceable by anyone, and shall be entitled to the benefits of this Bond Indenture with all other Bonds secured by this Bond Indenture.

Bonds Mutilated, Lost, Destroyed or Stolen. If any Bond shall become mutilated, the District, at the expense of the Owner of said Bond, shall execute, and the Fiscal Agent shall authenticate and deliver, a new Bond of like tenor and principal amount in exchange and substitution for the Bond so mutilated, but only upon surrender to the Fiscal Agent of the Bond so mutilated. Every mutilated Bond, so surrendered to the Fiscal Agent shall be canceled by it and destroyed by the Fiscal Agent who shall deliver a certificate of destruction thereof to the District. If any Bond shall be lost, destroyed or stolen, evidence of such loss, destruction or theft may be submitted to the Fiscal Agent and, if such evidence be satisfactory to it and indemnity for the District and the Fiscal Agent satisfactory to the Fiscal Agent shall be given, the District, at the expense of the Owner, shall execute, and the Fiscal Agent shall authenticate and deliver a new Bond of like tenor and principal amount in lieu of and in substitution for the Bond so lost, destroyed or stolen. The District may require payment of a sum not exceeding the actual cost of preparing each new Bond delivered under this Section and of the expenses which may be incurred by the District and the Fiscal Agent for the preparation, execution, authentication and delivery. Any Bond delivered under the provisions of this Section in lieu of any Bond alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen shall constitute an original additional contractual obligation on the part of the District whether or not the Bond so alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen is at any time enforceable by anyone, and shall be equally and proportionately entitled to the benefits of this Agreement with all other Bonds issued pursuant to this Agreement.

If any Bond shall be lost, destroyed or stolen, evidence of such loss, destruction or theft may be submitted to the Trustee and, if such evidence be satisfactory to the Trustee and indemnity for the Agency and the Trustee satisfactory to the Trustee shall be given, the Agency, at the expense of the owner, shall execute, and the Trustee shall thereupon deliver, a new Bond of like tenor and number in lieu of and in replacement for the Bond so lost, destroyed or stolen, The Agency may require payment of a sum not exceeding the actual cost of preparing each replacement Bond issued

Bonds Mutilated, Lost, Destroyed or Stolen. If any Bond shall become mutilated, the Community Facilities District, at the expense of the Owner of said Xxxx, shall execute, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver, a new Bond of the same Series and maturity in a like principal amount in exchange and substitution for the Bond so mutilated, but only upon surrender to the Trustee of the Bond so mutilated. Every mutilated Bond so surrendered to the Trustee shall be canceled by it and delivered to, or upon the order of, the Community Facilities District. If any Bond shall be lost, destroyed or stolen, evidence of such loss, destruction or theft may be submitted to the Trustee and, if such evidence and indemnity satisfactory to the Trustee shall be given, the Community Facilities District, at the expense of the Owner, shall execute, and the Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver, a new Bond of the same Series and maturity in a like aggregate principal amount in lieu of and in replacement for the Bond so lost, destroyed or stolen (or if any such Bond shall have matured or shall have been selected for redemption, instead of issuing a replacement Bond, the Trustee may pay the same without surrender thereof). The Community Facilities District may require payment by the Owner of a sum not exceeding the actual cost of preparing each replacement Bond issued under this Section and of the expenses which may be incurred by the Community Facilities District and the Trustee. Any Bond of a Series issued under the provisions of this Section in lieu of any Bond of such Series alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen shall constitute an original additional contractual obligation on the part of the Community Facilities District whether or not the Bond so alleged to be lost, destroyed or stolen be at any time enforceable by anyone, and shall be entitled to the benefits of this Indenture with all other Bonds of such Series secured by this Indenture.
