Bonus Days. Subject to subparagraphs (1), (2) and (3) below, all employees shall receive a day off with pay for each six hundred and forty (640) hours of work. Hours to include: hours of work, statutory holidays, bonus days, sick pay, and jury and witness pay. Bonus day to be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date within one (1) month of date earned and to be combined with regular day off.
