Common use of Bonus Days Clause in Contracts

Bonus Days. 8.01 On January 1 of each year, regular employees with three (3) or more years of seniority shall be entitled to a bonus day to be taken as time off in accordance with the following: Completed Years of Service Bonus Entitlement (Days) 3 < 8 3 days 8 < 15 4 days 15 < 20 5 days 20 < 25 6 days 25 + 7 days Notwithstanding the above, employees with all the required prerequisites will earn two (2) Bonus Days if they achieve full benefit status between January 1st to June 30th. Employees with all the required prerequisites will earn one (1) Bonus Day if they achieve full benefit status between July 1st and December 31st.

Employees with all the required prerequisites will earn one (1) Bonus Day if they achieve full benefit status between July 1st and December 31stsuch payment.
