Common use of BOOTH CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

BOOTH CONTRACT. The exhibit space contract and payment upon receipt by Management shall constitute a valid and binding contract. Any violation of agreement may result in removal from the show. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Management, the show or facilities should be canceled, or altered, the contracted Exhibitor shall waive any claims for damages or compensation.
