BOOTH OPERATION. Products may be sold from exhibit space. The exhibitor shall hold harmless Management from any and all damages or theft of merchandise or materials from contracted exhibition space. All exhibits shall not extend beyond allotted space unless authorization in writing by Management.
BOOTH OPERATION. Exhibitors will use their best efforts to “be a good neighbour” to other exhibitors. Exhibits which interfere with the use of other exhibits, impede access to them, or impede the free access to the aisles will not be permitted. Exhibitor representatives are required to confine their activities to within their own booth.

BOOTH OPERATION. Vendors may under no circumstance sublet all or any portion of their booth space rented under the terms of this contract. Booths must be staffed during all hours of operation. Movement of vehicles on the festival grounds is not permitted during the festival weekend. We suggest that you provide your own wagon, dolly or receptacles for re-stocking booths, and refilling water.
