Borrower, Transferee. Junior Mezzanine Borrower, the original and replacement guarantors and indemnitors shall execute and deliver any and all documents reasonably required by Lender, in form and substance reasonably required by Lender, to evidence the Transfer and Assumption, including Loan Document modifications reasonably appropriate in light of such Transfer and Assumption (modifying documentation if Lender requires to address variations in the ownership structure of the Transferee Junior Mezzanine Borrower from that of the Borrower, for example, so long as such modifications do not alter the economics of the Loan or materially increase the Borrower's obligations thereunder);
