Junior Mezzanine Borrower definition

Junior Mezzanine Borrower means Ashford Junior E LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Junior Mezzanine Borrower means IW MEZZ 2 2009, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors and permitted assigns.

Junior Mezzanine Borrower shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

• None of Mezzanine Borrower, Junior Mezzanine Borrower, Senior Mezzanine Borrower, Mortgage Borrower, Guarantor nor any of their constituent Persons shall be the subject of any bankruptcy, reorganization, or insolvency proceeding.

• Each of Mortgage Borrower, Senior Mezzanine Borrower, Junior Mezzanine Borrower, and Mezzanine Borrower is a limited liability company and has been duly organized and is validly existing and in good standing pursuant to the laws of the State of Delaware with requisite power and authority to own its properties and to transact the businesses in which it is now engaged.
