Both Residents Require Transfer. If two (2) people occupy your Residence, and both of you require permanent care outside of your Residence, you will be required to vacate your Residence and remove your property from the Residence within ten (10) days of the date that McLean determines that your transfer is permanent. You will be responsible for payment of the Monthly Service Fee until your Residence is vacated. If you transfer to the Assisted Living Center or the Health Center, you will each pay the applicable fees for nursing or assisted living care, as determined by McLean. If you permanently transfer to an outside facility, this Agreement will terminate.
