Boundary Fence. Purchaser to sign in full The Developer will erect a clearvu fence around the Estate as was approved by the Municipality. The fence will indicate the boundary of the Estate and should not be deemed to be a security fence as this is not a security Estate. The owner of each xxxxx will at his own cost be responsible for the maintenance of the fence situated on or adjacent to his erf. The Purchaser is required to read carefully through the Architectural Design & Landscape Guidelines, Constitution and Rules of the Home Owners Association to ensure compliance with the conditions regarding the building of a wall or the plant of trees or other plants and especially the distance allowed between the boundary fence and plants, trees or wall.
Boundary Fence. Notwithstanding anything in the Boundary Fences Xxx 0000 to the contrary, the Vendor shall not be required either before or after completion of this Agreement to join in or to contribute to the construction or repair of any boundary fence or wall between the Property and any adjoining land and the Purchaser shall indemnify the Vendor against any costs of such fence or wall.

  • Boundary Line Fires Both Parties shall have responsibility for Initial Attack in the case of a Boundary Line Fire. Neither Party will assume the other is aware of the fire, or is taking action.   • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.

  • Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.
